There is no high-sales pressure at this place. The area has nice, quiet, curvy roads around the dealership for a safe test drive and is close to the highway for higher-speed test drives. Danny, the finance specialist, saw to it that some minor cosmetic trim and a sticky trunk latch were fixed as a courtesy before we even inked the deal. Ideal Auto Imports gave a fair trade-in value for my 2006 Audi TTS Quattro, knowing it needed some refurbishing/repair. It was better than what the local Audi dealership was willing to offer. As a lady who was attached to and loved her last Audi TT, the staff made my husband and me comfortable in finding my new, updated gem of an Audi TT. Thank you! Great experience with ideal. Found my dream car online and went in the next day. The inventory for used luxury vehicles was incredible and the prices very fair!! Anton was incredible to work with and made the purchase process very simple. There were some minor issues they were already aware of and when I couldn’t get my phone connected to the Bluetooth they connected me with the Maserati dealer to get it taken care of to ensure everything was in perfect condition! I’ll be back when I’m ready for my next vehicle!! Highly recommend!

Go to Ideal Auto Imports in Eden Prairie to buy your next used car, and ask for Danny! He’s informative, responsive, and proactive. He spent enough time to get to know what makes me tick, he answered all of my questions straight-up, he took the extra time to help me get acquainted with all the tech in my new car, and most importantly, he made the whole purchase process feel quite comfortable.
