I had an incredible experience with Ideal Auto Sales. The team provided exceptional help from the moment I walked in. One of the best experiences that I’ve ever had, I came in here. My spirits were down was going through some very personal things. Life was life, and the two gentlemen in this building were more than gracious, kind, compassionate, and understanding they did all they could to help me purchase the vehicle when above and beyond my experience, here will never be forgotten because it was a light when I was in dark darkness. The above two gentlemen‘s names are Eldon and Tom.

Started looking for cars a few weeks back to gauge the market. Was not having much luck until I found a gem, 2020 Audi A8L at Ideal. I scheduled a Test Drive with Tom and knew it was the right fit. Tom and his team were easy to work with and made the purchase fun again. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend iDeal to anyone looking to acquire a Quality vehicle of their choice!

I bought a 2018 Audi Q5 there a year ago. Never had any issues with it since I bought it, all inspections turned out to be good. They replaced the windshield at no cost as well that saved me a lot. Dan, Tom and Anton were really helpful and always kept me updated for my license plates. Price was really fair and I will 100% go back there when I want a new car.
